Kisumu East District Commissioner Moses ole Tutui says they received a call from a member of the public that there was a group of unfamiliar men in one of the houses within Patel’s Flat Estate.
Tutui says police officers were immediately dispatched to the particular house and a total of 22 men were found inside.
