Led by businessman Erick Okeyo, the residents say The First Governor of Nairobi County Kidero has a right to air out his own opinion over the impending by-election in Nyando Constituency and Migori County respectively.
Okeyo says Homa Bay County Senator Otieno Kajwang who has been in the fore front to attack Kidero is a liability to the party and should stop speaking at any given point.
He says Kajwang cost the party dearly in the last general election by failing to issue young people with the national identity card which was directly under his docket.
Speaking to Kisumu News in Kisumu City which is the back yard of ODM party, Okeyo said with the new constitution, the country is enjoying democratic space and asked those against Kidero’s opinion to style up.
He further faulted the nomination of former Bondo MP Oburu Oginga by ODM in parliament claiming he doesn’t represents any group in the house.
Okeyo is now threatening to move to court for legal interpretation on grounds which Oburu was nominated by the party.
