LOBBY GROUP CASTIGATES KISUMU COUNTY RESHUFFLE.

A lobby group in Kisumu County has castigated the recent cabinet reshuffle in the Kisumu County Government terming it absolutely irrelevant to a cluster of residents in the county.

According to the residents under their umbrella dubbed “Kisumu City People’s Parliament”, reshuffling was never in good taste for this county.

Speaking to press in Kisumu today, the umbrella’s chairman Shamira Ali says reshuffling was untimely for this county.

Ali said the Kisumu County boss Jack Ranguma violated his mandate as Governr by creating more ministries and even dropping some key and relevant ministries during the last reshuffle.

He said the contract signed by those dropped executives was clear and they will claim their benefits which will be a real set back to the county.

Ali wants Ranguma to otherwise think of how best he can run the county instead of relying on propaganda from the MCA’s.

Elsewhere he urged those who are set to capture the vacant offices after their vetting to adhere to their offices stipulation.
